Can I choose the flowers for my subscription?
Yes, you can specify preferences for flower types and arrangement styles depending on the subscription. For VIP subscribers, even more customization options are available.
What is included in the Cemetery Delivery service?
The Cemetery Delivery service includes monthly delivery of durable floral arrangements to a designated cemetery, along with a video confirmation that the flowers have been placed on the grave.
How do I update my delivery address or preferences?
You can update your delivery address or preferences by logging into your account on our website or contacting our customer service team directly.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with a delivery?
If you’re not satisfied with any delivery, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our satisfaction guarantee policy.
How are the flowers packaged?

Do you deliver outside of the New Orleans Metro Area?
Currently, our services are limited to the New Orleans Metro Areas. We are planning to expand our delivery zones and will update our subscribers as new areas become available.
